I know cats spray objects, mine does not do that, but when he is sitting on my lap he sprays me. He always acts surprised when he does it and acts like he can't even stand his own smell. He is 1 1/2 yrs old, is neutered. He has always been an indoor cat but have let him out lately because of this behavior, but it hasn't helped.
