Happy Daily Thread: Friday 22nd, September!

Morning all!

As a lot of us are going through some rough times at the moment, I've decided that as it's Friday we need to have a Happy Daily Thread!

So, today we're going to share the simple things that have brought us a smile!

I'll start!

Now that I have managed to get dress after Tibby having a shoulder ride this morning, I'm ready and raring to go!

Today I have written up a list of all the things I need to do and I'm going to get them done too! I'm also going to start packing some boxes ready for our up and coming move!

I'm going to be so proud of myself once I'm all done!

Well i did a bit more house packing myself last night but i had my weekend case to pack because i'm catching the train to the highlands straight from work tonight to Gils

I was thinking that last night! It's going to be so strange having an empty house after so long! I bet yours is like that now, isn't it?

The charity shops are going to be pleased with me!

Good Morning all!

It's only around 6:15 AM, and I am still bleary-eyed, so I don't think I have smiled yet today! See, yes I have just at the thought of it now!

I had a very productive day yesterday. I started "Fall cleaning" , since I never did Spring cleaner, and scoured one room from ceiling to floor, including the windows inside and out. Today I'll choose another room. I did some errands and laundry also. I hadn't made any siggies in a while, but made 5 yesterday, and a Christmas card. I think I am back in the siggie groove!

After reading Mackenzie's thread about bagels, now I really want one! I may have to go out foraging for one soon. I think Panera Bread opens at 6!

It is, everything seems louder, including Rosie and Sophie when their playing chase with each other

Gosh you have been productive! Makes me feel like I'm slacking! I'll catch up today though!

Hmmm, I tried to avoid the bagel thread as I've been craving a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel for ages!

simple things that made us smile,,
couple of days ago, had a really bad night at work. everything that could go wrong did.

get home to heyu & broni sitting in window, then meeting me at the door. after giving them some food and playing with the laser, go to bed, get a hug from the wife, who said "good you home"( hehe she said it in indoenisa, she sometimes forgets english when she is half sleeping) followed with heyu kneading my stomach, and broni trying to lick my head,

I guess sometimes it is good to come home

That sounds like a lovely homecoming! Reading it made me smile too!

Hi everyone

Well i have an exciting day, going to pick up our new family member at 4pm today. Popped into the vets this morning to ask them to 'chip' Tigger before i pick her up. Her room is ready for her, i have spoken to Izz, Jake and Jaz and explained that it doesn't mean i dont love them anymore and would they please be nice to her

Done all my shopping, laundry is on the line just got to give Ozzy a clean and finish a little bit of washing up, then the rest of the day is all mine

How exciting that Tigger is coming home today! I bet you're looking forward to four o'clock now!

How did Jaz, Jake and Izz take the news? I'm sure they'll love their new sister!

Today i went to class, i forgot my new house keys at home, so i had to come back here first, and will have to wait for mum to drive me so i can finish painting the kitchen today, and hopefully setting up the kitchen this weekend!

Today i need to make a few phone calls, I am still in a mess because of my EX.
But kaylee has been very lovely to me and so has teufel so i am really happy!

I am moving in less than 3 weeks, i am excited and stressed at the same time, because i have no job!

Tomorrow i am attending a seminar for a job, so i am kind of excited, i hope it is positive and that i wont have to worry anymore!!

send me some positive vibes please! if you still have some to spare of course..

I bet your new place is looking more like yours now, isn't it?

yes well ive only done the hallway and nearly done the kitchen.
THe bedroom will only take me about an hour to paint so maybe i will get that done today??
My bf is coming over to do the bathroom!
I am painting it pink! he originally wanted it blue, but i clearly stated that its MY apartment, but his car is also My car!!!

I will try to take pics with my camera phone, my digital camera died!

Well Happy Friday everybody
I am leaving work early today, Marks picking me up shortly and we've got a few appointments to do with our mortgage.
Then tonight we are driving down to York to stay with friends. We're going to a bit car show tomorrow so hopefully the weather is good!

Nope, its not pink.. But its this really funky colour!! Its Shimmery Mint! ill have to get a pic!!
