Happy Daily Thread: Friday 22nd, September!

Good morning everyone, and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

Good idea Sar, we can all use a smile first thing. Actually, a hug is recommended. I read that married couples get along better if they hug and share an "I Love You" first thing in the morning. So I try and practice that with Dave.

Looks like today's holiday doesn't help all the hunger pains we have going this morning, but I like it

Well Sarah you know i sat them down and told them that poor Tigger has no home and that they used to be homeless as well and that she was sad and lonely

I am sure all will be well i dont think Jake will much fussed about it all he is pretty laid back boy, Jaz will come round...eventually

Izzy on the other hand is different kettle of fish

For a very small cat she can be a little minx

I think that if Tigger stands up for herself and gives Iz a bop on the head occasionally all will be well

I have got them all some fresh cooked chicken for their tea tonight, bribery ? me ?

I just got a phone call from a company, and they want me to show up for an interview on tuesday!!
I feel so much better!

I'm a bit like Karen...woke up very early and I'm still half asleep. I'm sipping on my first cup of tea though, so I'm sure I'll be smiling soon.

I can tell by looking out the window there is already one good thing so far today, it's not raining!

I am glad to see you all are trying to stay positive. I know moving can be SO stressful....

And if your anything like me your a do-it-yourself kinda gal, and that can get overwhelming too... wishing you lots of get-it-done non-stressful vibes!!!! (and if that doesn't work try wine, that'll de-stress ya'!

simple things to be happy about: The Nordstrohms Rack. Have you ever been there? Do you all have Racks where you live? It's the close-out clearance Nordstrohm's, and they have all of the TOP designers stuff at close out prices. I got 3 new "little black dresses" cause they were SO cheap. I got a beautiful Betsey Johnson dress that is 3/4 length, with a criss/cross v neckline and gold straps, it was originally like $295, marked down to $40, then there was an additional 40% off.... now that's a bargain!!!

And because it was "good" clothes I had to get a smaller size!

I may just wear it inside out!!!

Karen: I usually refer to them as "a band of wild monkeys" to describe my 2 running through the house!!!

Neet: Thanks for the "ice cream cone day", I will definately use that as an excuse to take my little girl out for a cone this evening!!!

(darn that MacKenzie & her bagel thread....I have been bullied into eating a bagel for breakfast....help, no will-power.....fading fast....must eat bagel...)

I am pretty much a DIY girl!

My main problem at the moment is trying to get rid of some of the stuff as opposed to just packing it!

Oh yes, I definitely think a drink will be in order tonight!

You did get some great bargains there! We don't have a Racks, but we have Outlet Villages which seem to be similar!

I can just see you out this evening in your LBD eating ice cream with your daughter!

Well, I woke up this morning.
Haven't fallen, yet.
Remembered that I wanted to get off line in time to watch "The Relly Awards". (Live With Regis & Kelly's own awards show. Very tongue in cheek. )
I didn't give in and eat any of the chocolate filled creme horns so that I have some to eat today (though they may not last the morning.

And I got news that some of my medical bills from the accidents have been covered.

Morning all

Its an icky rainy day out today - gloomy, very rainy, very cold - fall is here!

Last night I did my fall decorating! I was so excited, and got it all pretty much finished, I'm very happy. I went to WalMart with a friend to get some stuff, and of course had to stop in the halloween section - they have such CUTE $1.00 decorations! I picked up 2 $1.00 halloween candle holders with black cats on them (how could I resist?!) and 2 little fall/orange .25 cent candles to go in them. They smelled soooo good. I shoulda stocked up, but I held back

Came home and had my YUMMY bagel

I wanted to have one this morning, but figured I'd wait until later to eat that

Davidson has a vet appointment tomorrow morning at 9:15.... just a checkup and to get his shots. I'm sure he won't enjoy it, but too bad

I really don't want to be at work today.... at all! Lets hope today goes by FAST!

Hi everyone, hope everyone is haveing an excelent Friday!

I came to work this morning and it was quite creepy. I was the first person here (which I naver am) went to turn off the alarm, it hadn't been turned on. Walked up the stairs and all of the lights are on. (which they never are) I walked abound the whole office for 10 minutes calling out to see if anyone was here. (nothing) a whole hour goes by and no one shows up. It was really freeky, I thought I might have slept through daylight savings time. Ah but somone else showed up finally and all is less creepy.

Today at lunch I am going to Petco to pick out a cat carier, litter box and cat food in case we end up taking a cat home this weekend when we go to the adoption place!

Just got to bundle Jaz into her carrier then its off to the vet for her boosters and then come home with 2 cats

Today it is pouring RAIN, and Joey is driving me nuts he has been to every door to go out and realizes it's raining outside of EVERY door!! He keeps crying and Sev is now hiding because Joey is so rambunctious he keeps jumping and attacking him.

I'm worn out!!! Other than that I will be doing scrapbooking for Bella
