I weighed the kittens and they are 3½ - 4 oz each... I'm still worried because Reilly only stays with them for about 10-15 mins and then comes out...we put her back in and the same will happen. They are getting to where they will cry for her.. it's breaking my heart. How can I tell if maybe for whatever reason her milk is drying up?

or am I being a paranoid meowmy?

Awww..no....you are being a very caring meowmy. Can you possibly stay with Reilly while she is with the kittens?? She obviously loves spending time with her mom.

That's what I've been trying to do. It's hard for me to be in there every time...I have two skinned rugrats that want me too

I was thinking that I could bring the kittens and Reilly out here with me while I'm working or would that be a bad idea?
The rubbermaid tub they are in has wheels

I changed the sheets just now and she was right there with me. Kept jumping in the box as to say "what are you doing?" She cleans them, helps them potty and seems VERY concerned about them that's why I was wondering about the milk drying up?

Maybe you should get a crate so you can lock her in with the kittens. That's what I have to do with my cat, otherwise she won't lay down with them except at night. She probably will not like it at first, but will get used to it.
