I just noticed a sore on my cat's chin. She is 14 and otherwise in good health. I just moved so there is a lot of stress with a new home and she is a nervous cat. I'm thinking it's acne or herpes but I don't know what the big pimple thing is. It doesn't seem to hurt. She's never had this before...
