I'm sorry since I'm new to kitties care. My kitten was sick ever since day 1. I brought her to the veterinarian and was giving some pills. But I have no idea , how to feed her. Since it's her first time eating medicines too. Hmmm , what should i do?

One thing that is concerning me is that , I won't be home for a day (8-9hours) as I will be working and going to college. There's no one to take care of her when I'm not around , is it possible to let her stay in the cage until I'm back? Or let her be in a room. But , I'm scared if I just leave...
