Hello Everyone!  Thank you so much for your responses. It saved me a lot of anxiety and a trip to the Vet. His rash has gone down significantly. So I am most likely guessing its sunburn. He does not sit by the window anymore which I have noticed. Haha :) Love  Aslan and Louie's Mommy :) 

He just recently started sleeping by the window and the ear thats red is the one getting most sunlight! So I'll keep away for a couple of days and see what happens!  Thanks!!! 

Thank you so much!  I have not even thought of allergies. I will definitely change the bowls because they are not stainless steel. We use Blue Naturally Fresh Pallet liter, everyone I know has recommended it to me so I hope it isn't the litter.  I will keep you guys posted and hope it is just...
