So there is a small scab on my Charlie's(my fur baby) neck. I just took off his flea collar about two days ago and it was there. It hasn't gotten worse and it doesn't seem to bother him when I touch it. It doesn't seem like he is shedding any more then usual.Any ideas of what it could be.
