It's located in ear area above eye and also back of neck. How can I show you multible views? All areas start out with those small raised bumps as shown in that picture...then they join together and make an open scab.thus nest photo will show you what those neck bumps look like today

Can someone tell me what this could be? Starts with a tiny bump, then gets crusty, and becomes open sore.
