Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

@mandieBoo was sneezing and coughing and had a fever too, so it's probably just an eye infection of a different type. @MServant Thanks! I'm glad other people think she looks sweet even if she looks a little different! One of our friends was scared to pet her, especially because he's nervous...

Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

Here is Boo and her eye. Top picture is when we first got here and then they get more current. I didn't take or save any of the pictures from when it was super bad cause it was kind of graphic.

Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

Hi. I'm not an expert but can try to help. Is he sneezing? Watery eye? Does it look more red or pink? It could be an eye infection/irritation or feline herpes. Both eyes or one? He's gorgeous!

Boo is still being a trooper. Her eyes discharge is more watery and clear now versus yellow so I think that's good! She's currently laying on my shoulder bathing. She just got done trying to clean my face for twenty minutes, haha.

Is my sleep mist okay to use on bed with cats?

My kitties sleep with me and I never thought of this until tonight. Is it safe for me to she a eucalyptus spearmint spray on my bed? I know eucalyptus is bad for them, but since they aren't eating it and it's a spray on the bed, is that fine? I've never noticed an issue but just wanted to check.

Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

Yeah. He's 3. They said he may have been vaccinated or exposed at birth. We haven't seen any changes and it's been a month. Occasionally he sneezes a bit or coughs, but is not often and he has been like that since we adopted him. Are there any tips for dealing with this virus? Or just keep up...

Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

Thanks! It's seemed like we were the only ones. It's just so crazy because she's fine besides the eye! They explained to us as like humans getting cold sores. Is that true? They said it is common though. Our other kitty has been fine and shown no signs so they said he's either immune or has it...

Anyone else deal with feline herpes?

My poor little Boo, who is almost 18wks old, has been battling it since we got her. It's been so bad her eye and middle eyelid have swollen shut and bled. Now that the flare up is under control and swelling is gone we are working with healing damage to her actual eye. It's so hard to feel like...

    Is this protective behavior?

Our 3 year old male cat Sully likes listening to videos of vas meowing. However, we haven't played on in a few weeks since we got 17wk old Boo, a female. I played them and he looked for the noise and kept walking by her and at one point stood with her under his front legs and licked/nipped her...
