Not trying to freak you out but if it were me, I wouldn't wait for her!
If you know where she is, grab her (gently, of course) and run -don't walk- to the vet!
You could further impair her health with every minute you hesitate.

Hi Anna, sorry to hear about your girl's situation. Hope she's better now. Our boy is fine now. The vet told me that there was a lot of dead tissue she had to cut away(what I initially suspected) & that the wound went very deep. Whether that was really necessary i don't know but highly doubt...
