I am based in the UK and I never knew that there were indoor cats, to me it seemed normal that cats should go outside but obviously this forum has opened my eyes !
They have been spayed and they are ready to go out... I have heard a myth about butter on their paws ?
Hi,
I am after some advice. I know the majority of you will say NO don't do it but I am going start letting my kittens outside. They have been regulary going out at the weekends in the garden and they are microchipped, have collars !
I am just so nervous on letting them go off on there...
Hey,
Sorry I havn't posted sooner, been kitten sitting & bailing us out of snow
The came home last night and were as hyper as ever. They are both very well. There wounds look fine, clean had a little bit of blood last night but nothing terrible ( i think it might of been dry ) they slept...
well i called to check and they said that they had come around, smudge the tabby one was looking a bit poorly with her tounge out
is this normal ? am panicking more now
Well...... I took them at 8:45 this morning. They fidgeted in the box and then led down.
I handed them to the vets nurse and burst into tears - they said to call in at 1pm and the would let me know how it all went
God I didnt sleep last night
Feel terrible
wish 1 o clock would come quicker
I have just got home and fed them tea. The vet said I had to take the bowls away at 8pm. They are allowed water overnight but I have to remover it before 8am tommorow morning
I have got the cat box out and ready and they sniffed it and jumped in ?? ?? ??
I thought they would leg it and stay...
I know deep down I am doing the right thing, although its got my stomach turning circles....... I know I wont be able to sleep tonight for worry !!
My other half keeps saying everything will be fine and I trust him and you guys, although that aaaahhhh feeling is still settling in. I can't wait...
I just feel like I am doing the wrong thing. They looked at me this morning with their little eyes and they looked so cute..... I just thought I am going to put them through all this pain........
When Sophie pulled out her stitches, what happened ?
Thanks x
Hi,
Was wondering if anyone can give me some advice......... My two kittens - Female ( 6 months ) go to the vet tommorrow to be spayed. I am in a state. I feel sick, and can't stop fearing the worst :-(
Please can anyone give me some advice on what the best thing to do is when I bring them...
Thank you. I have taken three days off work to spend with them afterwards
I will just monitor them closely and give them cuddles !!
Are they really groggy afterwards ?
Thanks Again
