What should I do about the nipples?

She now has 5 kittens! I'm sure she is done because she is she is sleeping her babies. Her nipples aren't so plump anymore and it doesn't seem like there's any milk coming out. They are trying to find nipples though and she's letting them now.

Her anus is bleeding not badly but bad enough to leave spots when she sits. Is this normal? I read something's saying it is and relates to stress. But I read some things saying it is. We also can't see a vet due to low income.
