My cat Lizzy was a little groggy the first day home and slept for most of it. She did not have one of the collars when she was released from the vet, and she did not chew or lick the incision.

Both of mine are eating Purina Kitten chow because they are still under a year old. I have tried more expensive brands but they are not liked well, and don't eat them. My vet said purina is fine.

i have done lots of checking on the internet yesterday and all the vets I saw answering questions say if cat is pregnant not to vaccinate until after kittens are weaned. They say that the vacs can cause problems with pregnancy or developement of kittens, even when nursing. So I will find out...
