My kitten just came out of who knows where and his back was soaking wet - and it smelled like urine! The weird thing is, he had not gone in his box, and he has never had an accident before. I can't find evidence of pee anywhere either...?

I have a new 13 week old male kitten. He was feral and was raised in foster from 4 weeks of age with his brothers, and was neutered around 6 weeks (very young!). We got him 2 weeks ago, by himself.
The first few days we had him, he was eating wet food well (all food) and seemed happy...
