Had anyone used advocate flea treatment my cat has just kicked hers off

I have just put advocate spot on flea treatment into my two bengal cats. As I put it on one of them moved and it's gone down the side of her neck she has now locked loads of it. Will this poison her? She seems ok at the moment buts very worried.
