My cats top 3 canned food brand/flavors are.........

My cat's favourite is Go! of any flavour. I've been using mostly this food, and not rotating it enough for a while, so he's getting a little bored of it, but still eats it. Otherwise, he likes Weruva, Merrick, and Hounds and Gatos. I don't give him Weruva often because it's pretty expensive...

    Switching up dry foods

I fed my cat Merrick's Purrfect Bistro chicken recipe for a while, and he did well on it. I gave him half wet food too, usually a different brand than Merrick. The Merrick food does have some fillers, but for a dry food it's pretty good. I personally wouldn't use the salmon recipe, since fish...

    Ideas about Acana?

I use Acana for my cat, and he's doing well on it. :) I'm in Canada though, so I just use the Grasslands formula. I also have been thinking about trying Go! Fit + Free cat food, but I haven't had a chance yet.

Would you own a black cat?

I think black cats are very pretty, and I'd love to own one! My cat is tuxedo, so he does have quite a bit of black as it is. :)

    Trust

Your stories are all so nice!  With my cat, I adopted him when we was around 4 months old. He was apparently found outside probably a couple weeks before this, so I don't really know his background, although I assume he at least lived outside for part of his live because of how skittish he is...

    Wild Calling Jumped in Price!

I went to Petvalu a couple weeks ago and bought a can of Wild Calling for around $2.40, but obviously they could have changed the price since then. Although, I'm pretty sure the more exotic flavours (rabbit or something) were already $2.80.

    New Affordable PetSmart Brand! =D

Thanks for posting this, it definitely seems like it could be a good food - especially for the price! Please let us know if you have any problems with it. :) Otherwise, I may have to try it! The wet food looks great too, it looks about the same price at Chicken Soup for the Soul brand cat food...

How much should my cat be eating per day?

I tried transitioning my kitten to wet food when he was around 5-7 months, and every single time he got diarrhea - even with a very slow transition. I eventually gave up, but I decided to try again around a month ago (he's a little over a year now). This time, he could eat it without any...

What do you think of these cat foods?

Okay, thank you!  I'll try getting some next time I need cat food, though I'm pretty certain my cat will like it, he usually like any cat food.

What do you think of these cat foods?

Thanks for the responses! I'm happy to hear about Friskies and Fancy Feast being decent quality. Friskies is about half the price of Fancy Feast, so if I use that for a majority of my cat's diet, I'll be able to add some higher quality foods into the rotation. Just to confirm, do you mean the...

What do you think of these cat foods?

Hello! I've been looking at the site for a little while, but this is my first post. =) I'm trying to pick some new foods for my cat - he used to be on completely dry food, but I'm hoping to switch to at least 50-75% wet, more if possible. I'll like to keep the monthly cost around $30 or under...
