Quick update, came home and noticed it was gone, the skin is slightly swollen, though looks like acne might be under it. Found the scab in his normal sleeping spot. So least it came off on its own, guessing just some acne that he scratched. Will discuss with vet tomorrow to see if she still...

Thanks for the response, it helps my anxiety somewhat. Just worried about sarcomas or other cancers. Our other cat has small cell lymphoma that is managed will currently, but still makes my brain jump to cancer all to quickly.
