Our cat went a lot less when we switched him to wet food and our vet said that is fine. We also use a vitamin called kittislim which helped give him more energy and lose a bit more weight. They have a helpful web site too. It is kittislim.com and it has a weight loss food chart as well. Good luck!
Not sure if anyone else has had the luck we have with this product. Our cat has been on a diet for a while and is doing well. Our toughest challenge was getting him to exercise as his energy level went to zero with the reduced food levels. Since we started using these multivitamins he has had a...
The switch to wet food took a week. The vitamins helped a lot with his energy level once we reduced the calories in his diet. Check out the site for some tips at Kittislim.com. Was not easy but our vet pretty much insisted he switch and go on a diet.....
Thanks so much for the kind words. Yes, it was really hard and he was not too happy about it. Our toughest challenge after the meowing was getting him to exercise, and this vitamin helped with that. The food chart on their website was pretty much dead on according to our vet. Changing to wet...

We currently feed our cat wet food only. We would like to mix in some dry food for his dental health and for the option of giving him dry food when we are away...
Does anyone do this? Advice or tips appreciated.....
Any tips for single cat homes to get more exercise? We have a small platform that he uses sometimes and we play with him as well. Looking for other tips to keep him active. We have him on a reduced calorie diet and we are hoping to get him to do a bit more exercise as well.....
