I can't go until tomorrow, still, do any of you know what it might be?

Help my cat is sick and i don't know what to do! He drools excessively and his eyes are watery and have pus and the root of his tongue is swollen, i tried touching his neck but it seems to be painful to him, obviously he doesn't eat. Any ideas what it wrong??
