    I recently got a stumpy Manx kitten off of craigslist. I was told she was 13 weeks when I picked her up. She was fed dog food and had no vet care. She is super tiny. About the size of my shoe. Not sure if this was caused by malnutrition or manx are just small? I wasn't informed of any issues...
