Looking for a foster family ASAP for my now homeless Siamese kitten (DC, MD, or VA)

THANKS so much for all of the phone calls and e-mails. I was not able to find a foster home for Sparkles. So I had to make the tough decision of giving her up for good. I will miss her so much!

Looking for a foster family ASAP for my now homeless Siamese kitten (DC, MD, or VA)

I am posting in search of a dependable loving family that would be willing to foster my 8 1/2 month old chocolate point un-spayed (I will pay for this) siamese kitten. She jumped onto my mother's brand new cherry wooden table today (the insensitive b*tch) and my mom just made me throw her out...

    Eye discharge...

Should a kitten have any time of eye discharge? Since having Sparkles (3 months now) she has from time to time had crust in her the corner of her eye. Is this normal? It's a dark black/brown crust. And her right eye sometimes waters, it's only that eye. And I haven't seen this in her sister...

    Sitting in the litterbox....

I really wouldn't be too concerned. My Kesara does it all the time when she wants to hide from my DD or to just be alone (away from her sister). I don't know what to make of it either, but I know that she is ok and she feels safe in there (she is an ex-feral...so her hiding instinct will...

Introducing a new cat to your other felines advice...PLEASE!

Thanks a lot for the links! And I forgot to add that Vega is one BIG kitty, she is only 7 months old and she is solid weight. She is heavier than my 8 month old girls by *far* I think she needs to loose some weight, lol.

Introducing a new cat to your other felines advice...PLEASE!

Vega just got here today and I have no clue how to introduce her to my 8 month old Siamese sisters. She sat in her carrier and they came to the door and smelled and her and such and then starting hissing at her. It was a shock to hear them hissing (I have never had them hiss at *anything* ) and...

My intro - AKA Newbie alert!

That sounds great, but I don't drive so I would have no way to get there Ahh the downsides to not having a license, lol. Katie do you have an idea of how much their feral spay/neuter program is? I know some people that I can recommend them too, and I still have to get my 2 ex-ferals spayed.

My intro - AKA Newbie alert!

Hi cat lovers, I'm Sharlita (20) first time cat owner to two 8 month old ex-feral Siamese kittens (they are sisters). Their names are Kesara (whom is sitting on my lap) and Sparkles whom is in the room with my 2 1/2 year old daughter. I will be adding a ex-shelter/ex-feral kitten to my family...

    Prego

Yeah I found this board today and I saw your post and just blurted out "That's my Kesara!" I couldn't get a full body pic of her (she still a shy kitty) but Prego reminds me so much of her. The big blue eyes, the coloring, etc.

    Prego

Sicycat, your Prego looks a lot like my fecal kitten, Kesara. Don't you think?
