@Carol Heim   So sorry you're furbaby is going through this.  I have recently switched from the multi cat and/or the fresh scent ones (mainly the multi cat) to the micro guard one and haven't had any issues.  My previous one that is missing had a UTI, but didn't seem to be linked to the litter...
