I don't think it's them missing dry food. They've been off it for a while now. I don't have a great scale but they're scared of it. I don't want to invest in a more expensive one (money is so tight right now) only to have them be afraid of it, too. I do have a small kitchen scale but I use it...
I have honestly tried every brand of cat food in the local pet stores. I've tried all the tricks. Mixing the FF into it, adding a little bit of water, heating it up a little, using toppers... They will not eat anything but FF.
My only issue with trying to feed more is the cost (everything is...
I've posted before about wanting to transition my cats to an all wet food diet. I've accomplished that! Both my kitties eat their wet food all up... but they always seem to be hungry and I feel like I'm starving them. My mom is always making comments about how hungry they are and how I need to...
Hi. I'm posting on behalf of someone else who doesn't have an account.
She has a 9 month old male kitten that's going in Wednesday to be fixed. She wants to switch his food from Whiskas to something more substantial so he doesn't gain weight and stays healthy as he grows. I recommended several...
For months now, my cat has had horrible gas. She let's loose every time she's picked up, every time she jumps... She does it all the time and it's horrible.
I thought it was her dry food so I switched her from Nutro Max to Simply Nourish grain free. It didn't change anything. It doesn't matter...
Still having issues with food...
As a poor college student, I'm trying to get the best food I can for the best price.
My two cats eat mostly wet food. A 3 Oz can each in the morning and they split one at night, but I leave dry food down for them to nibble at.
They are eating Nutro Max cat...
They actually are on wet mostly, as stated in my post. For black Friday my shopping consisted of 50 cans of fancy feast lol.
The dry food is just to nibble between meals, it's not the main part of their diet.
Hi again.
Currently I'm feeding my 2 cats 2 3 Oz cans each of wet food per day (one can in the morning and once at night). And in between they get a half cup of dry food to nibble on.
Times are tough for this college student, even more so with Christmas coming. Petsmart is having a really good...
Hi guys, I just went to pet my kitty and saw a big cut on his cheek!! I have no idea what it's from. It wasn't there earlier and I looked around but couldn't find any sign of blood. It doesn't seem to bother him too much but I'm worried about infection. Is there anything I can put on him?? Maybe...
I've tried so many kinds of food with my two cats and so far have found none they'll eat more than once. I'm a poor college student working 8 hours a week and right now can't afford the expensive brands and I'm getting sick of wasting food they won't eat. So far I've tried Fancy Feast, Friskies...
I'm not sure if I should take Ailee into the vet. This is 5 days after surgery. She's been kept in a XXL dog crate and has had a cone on the entire time so she hasn't been licking it or exerting herself too much. She has also been on antibiotics for the past 5 days because the vet was worried...
Thanks for the reply!
I did a lot of research before her surgery and found mostly that people were split. Some were adamant that they needed to be caged/crated and some didn't at all. I thought it'd be good for a few days because Ailee is a very active cat! She seems to be doing really well...
