Have they ever even felt the outside, like the wind or ext? If not then they are going to be hesitant and afraid since it's new and they've never been exposed. Maybe to get them used to it a bit, just hold them one at a time and walk around outside. Just so they can get curious about it.

Ohh okay I only thought that because my friend said that was why, but yes she's a former stray so that may be it. She had three kittens and they are growing pretty well, and she eats purina one. I don't see any other issues with her. She feeds them and is still lovable, she's  a good mom/girl :)

Aww thank you everyone for your comments, I just bought a harness the other day and just had her wear it for a hour each night. Right now she only walks around and rubs against the walls lol or plops down on the floor. It's pretty funny to watch but at least she's not mad or anything, she's...

My Kiki girl had her kittens the 23rd and she has started shedding ALOT! I was wondering is it probably due to her nursing? or the fall weather. If it's from nursing, what can I give her if the kittens are taking so much out of her...

I was looking for someone with experience in this area, of having used a harness on a cat to take walks with or to be able to get outside for awhile. I have my girl Kiki who I've taken in and she always wants out at least once a day, and of course I don't want her to go out anymore but feel like...

The pine is the type I buy. And no it doesn't clump at all. Solids you have to remove everyday or every other day and when the cats pee, the pine will break down and create a sawdust you can sift out however often you need to

She is just so adorable!!

She is probably just needing a break, my kiki had kittens on the 23rd and she takes about 4-5 breaks a day, and can be as long as an hour. :)

My girl already has a nickname kinda name, Kiki, but I sometimes shorten it to kik, or of course baby girl, but I don't thing I really call her anything else..lol

Your friends just going to have to suffer through a good week or two of ignoring her kitty and it should stop when she notices she not getting anything. Tough love :)  But I'd rather suffer for a week than for the rest of her life deal with getting up every nite. 

i use that too and I love it!!!! no more messing with clumps that fall apart and makes the litter box look dirty, just seperate out and looks like I just put in new pine :) Best decision ever!
