damn ok well he is already on amoxicilin (2ml a day) and baytril(5mg per day) He isnt vomiting or anything. things are just getting crazy I dont know if I can afford this.

I agree that isnt normal. the only things that would cause the vomiting is cold food, putting food in too fast, or nausea and they should have her on some medication for that. Keep us posted good luck with your kitty!

yes the tube is inserted in the side of his neck and should stop just before the stomach

Took Marley back to the vet and it was indeed the placement of the tube. It was too far in! When I got home and fed him he was way more comfortable. No gurgling and no regurgitating tube!!!!  

Waking up from anesthesia  is sometimes a slow process. It can take up to 48 hours for a can to be back to normal after. As far as the stitches and things go im not to sure. I have heard of puckering though.
