I have a 14 year old cat and ever since he was a baby, he would flop to the floor on his side. I have to pick his bottom up by his tail and spank the underside ( the hip he is laying on). I have to spank him hard, but not hard enough that it hurts obviously. As I'm doing this he claws his way...
