We are feeding her slowly though because we don't want her to over gorge since she's so skinny. She's the friendliest cat though. Eats a few bites then runs over to get petted, then eats some more, etc.
We took in a stray yesterday and we noticed she's either pregnant or nursing. I don't know how to tell the difference and all the vets are closed today. She isn't trying to get out so I'm thinking she hasn't had them yet. Are they any ways to tell the difference?
Her nipples are definitely...
They sell goat milk for puppies so that's what I was referring too.
I just got it. It smells the same as what I was using before and it had no additives so it can't hurt. It's the only way she'll easy wet food right now
Is Meyenberg Evaporated Goat Milk okay for kittens? The only store that sells pet goat milk is out and one of my kittens needs goats milk. She has a sensitive stomach.

I'm raising a litter of kittens and the one has super runny diarrhea. I took her and her sisters to the vet, got them dewormed, and had a fecal test done.
They all got a clean bill of health from the vet. No fevers, good weight, no fleas, nice looking teeth.
The fecal test came back negative...
So, I need help again. The kitten who was constipated before now has super liquidy diarrhea. And I think it even looked a little bit mucusy. She drank a small amount of KMR this past feeding but not much. Although I can't blame her for not wanting to eat. She probably doesn't feel very well.
I...
This just in! Their eye colors are staying to develop! And I finally saw which one was pooping on her own and was able to move her to the litter pan in time. :)
Just a general update :
All three are eating wet food now. The one will happily eat it off a plate. The second I have to get started from my hand then I can switch her over to a plate. The third will only eat out of my hand so far.
I let them eat their fill of wet food (except the one, she'd...
