My Cookie has mammary cancer and her tumor has ulcerated, I took her to the vet and they gave her an antibiotic and cleaned it up well, I wanted to know if anyone can recommend anything to clean the area so It doesn't become infected again.

I am sorry about your cat but glad she made it through the surgery and is doing good.  I wanted to ask you how big was the tumor when you discovered it and was it in her lymph nodes?  It is hard to deal with this.

Hi, yes both seem proanthozone and omega 3 fatty acid seem to help her have more energy.  If I may ask, how long has your kitty had the cancer now since being diagnosed?

Hi I would def. wait for the x-ray. Blood count is one thing but x-ray is another.  The blood test can tell if her cell count is elevated but an x-ray can give a more clear picture of what is going on.

Hi, I would try taking him to another vet to get a second opinion.  I know you said you don't have alot of money, but they should know whats going on with your kitty. There is a carecredit card that can help if your low on $. Did they do x-rays?  Hope you get some answers. Let us know
