It is an effect on my phone, i looked up what you said about the pinking of the nipples, and my cats are exactly the same as the ones on this picture i found on google: but the area around the nipple is more pink on my cat.

Here are pictures of her nipples, as you can see she is a very fluffy cat so it is hard to see a bump on her if there is one.

checked her yesterday against the other cat and her nipples are alot harder and the nipple and the area around it is very pink.

I also read that if you put your cats stomach to your ear you can hear little bubbles popping and crackling, i tried this with the pregnant cat and could hear it clearly, also tried it with the other cat and could hear nothing.
