Thank you for all your help!!! I have put water throughout the house and ordered a water fountain. I started him on a raw food diet he seems to love it. He is still a bit fragile but he is getting better :)

My baby girl has a big problem with hairballs. I have found that anti hairball cat food was the best way to go for me, that is if it's hairballs. hope all is well with your baby girl :)
