Guys once again thank you so much for everything, I called the vet and they said that since she is showing interest in the milk, it could be that the nipple she's chosen is not feeding her as much as she should be eating to grow. They said to try bottle or syringe feeding and see if that changes...

No yea she's definitely latched on but what I have noticed is that none of the kittens really like the middle nipple and that's the one she's on most of the time so I'm trying to switch her to a different one and see if that makes a difference. 128547

Ok one last last thing, I live in florida and my house is usually around 77-80 degrees. I thought that was hot enough for them so I haven't provided anything other than blankets and old clothes. Should I put a heating pad under their blanket?

The problem is that it's not just the runts not gaining, it's all of them.. And from what I've been seeing, all of them always find a nipple, unless some nipples are giving more milk than others?
