They don't seem to be pussing or wet or anything.  Could they be a risk of disease to himself, our other cat or people? 

I was clipping my cats claws today and noticed that several of them were discolored and that Mickey expressed pain when I clipped some of them. I haven't noticed any other signs of them hurting him throughout the day. I'm wondering if he needs to be taken to the vet. I've had to take him twice...
