She was a barn cat at the barn where I keep my show calf. I don't what all she might have been exposed to. She may have been kicked or something by one of the cows or goats or something. We are going to have her spayed soon. She lives in the house now and was pregnant when we got her.

I understand your point but we have had several cats live to be very old with no health problems on a dry food (purina) diet.

Update: She has a little bloody discharge from vagina. I think I might have saw a small contraction. I put her in a room with food, water, litter box, and several nice spots to have her babies. It also has a linoleum floor for easy clean up and I left a light in for her but its dim. I am going...

Also remember that if she WAS to slip out the door if she was declawed she would have a much harder time protecting itself, climbing trees and getting food.
