I have a really cute cat named Greyson, he's an indoor cat. I think it'd be really adorable if I made him a collar made out of rubber bands and added a little charm to it. But some people say it could choke her even though it wouldn't be very tight. It's stretchy too. Is it safe?;):nod:fav,no ,n,
