coconut oil is great!  Used it both topically and fed it to my cats. Two of my boys love it...one not so sure It is very good for them. Helps their coat. Just be sure to use the extra virgin cold pressed.

I am considering giving my cat virgin coconut oil for a skin situation. He lost hair on ears around ears neck and face. Thought I would apply it topically...has anyone ever done this?

my 14 year old boy lost a dime size bit of fur on each ear. He had previously lost fur around his neck. Vet said he had yeast. Sure hope ear drops help. Have you ever heard of yeast in cats ears...brought him to vet many times and no one ever said anything about it.

my cat has been scratching his ears too. JUST got back from the vet. Said he had yeast in his ears. He has lost a lot of fur on his ears. Confused because I just read all cats have yeast in their ears. Have you ever heard of that? Glad your baby is doing better!!!

In the past few days my oldest cat  14  has lost fur on both of his ears. I am bringing him to a new vet tomorrow. Hope he will be okay....I worry about everything!!

just had the same issue last month.  Food was not the culprit. Really believe it was the severe weather change. My cats are use to warm humid climate, being in florida. We have had the heat on more and dry air and change the vet believes to be the culprit. Hope this helps

Boy this is an old post. Not sure you will even get it...lol I have used lifes abundance for 12 years and my cat's love it! Ingredients are good but it is abit pricey. However, a 161/2 lb bag is about 38.00.  They ship it overnight so it never sits on the shelf. I highly recommend it.

Funny, I have 3 cats and one of them has been doing the same thing. He actually lost his beautiful ruff around his neck. Brought him to my vet...upset as he told me it might be fleas. I think not!  Have checked all my babies and no fleas.  I had started to give them a new treat and it contains...

I have 3 ragamuffin male cats. They are 7, 8, and 14.  My 7year old follows the 14 year old around the house and will not seem to leave him alone! They seem to get along okay but will then turn on one another. Wish I could get it to stop! The baby is not vicious but the older cat is getting fed...
