I guess the antibiotics are finally working. Alex came out sometime in the night to sleep on my bed where he usually is. And he ate his breakfast and drank a lot of water today. Thank God. He has lost of bit of weight but otherwise he looks much better. Whew!

Well, Alex came out to eat on his own for dinner tonight! YAY! But then he went right back to his little corner. :( Maybe this round of antibiotics is working?

When I was pushing on his side on the bed I didn't feel anything out of the ordinary and it didn't seem to hurt at all. I hope my vet is in tomorrow.

Thanks for all the info Macy's mom. Most of the things on that list are not his symptoms. I guess that I should be happy about that. Just the lethargic, not drinking or litter part. I did just give him some healthy treats and he came out and ate them. Now his is laying under the hanging blanket...

But nothing seemed to hurt him when I pushed down on his side by his belly when he was sleeping on my bed. He just looked at me like "try that again, I dare you".
