I am having trouble understanding how one would know whether a cat is a pointed DSH or a Siamese mix. Leo is a seal point and I read it isn't very common for a DSH to have a seal point coloration. Any ideas ?

She is just a solid black with white areas....all black cats have little bits or hairs of white here and there.

Hi! I foster cats and kittens for a rescue organization and brought a kitten home the day it was spayed, treated for fleas and worms, etc. I put her in my bathroom and the next morning noticed she had fleas. I used a flea comb and some dawn dish soap and vacuuming the bathroom several times...

I do TNR work on my road and got a report of 2 kittens. I caught the male first (around 12 weeks old) and he turned out to be super friendly so they must have been dumped. He's in foster now. I caught the female about the week later. She is also friendly, but very nervous. After 2 days of hiding...
