Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

Just an update, the cat is much better now. Read online about supplementing some fish oil or similar for starving cats to regain their energy and fat stores. Yesterday she couldn't really meow at all and sounded gargled but today after 24 hours of fish oil supps on her food, she's the best...

Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

Yep, there are some near me. Thank you, this should help out a lot. Bella. I don't really use her name, she just follows me around all the time. Plus my whistle does a much better job of getting her attention. I took this pic a long time ago when she first came to our home. Was still small here.

Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

Unfortunately, my first kitten grew up but he was a mix of outdoor/indoor, and was attacked by raccoons outside my backyard one day. I found his body later on after he never came back home. He'd always come back at the same time daily to eat and go to sleep and never wandered far. If I ever...

Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

She's a lot better now but still loving the canned food. Since yesterday she's eaten a good 7 cans all evenly spaced out so she doesn't get digestive issues. Seems to have used the litter box at least once. One eye does seem to have some reddish discharge now that I look really close so she...

Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

Thanks for helpful advice. Seems to be a bengal cat of some sort. Longer hind legs, spots, very talkative and athletic figure. Now that she's not freezing, she talks constantly and follows me around rubbing against me. No leaky eyes, but no idea if she has worms. When she first came in, she...

Random Stray/possible Outdoor Cat Came Up Randomly To Door. Help?

Heard meows from inside and there was a cat shivering right outside my door. I live in a private home. Opened the door and she came right in meowing. Gave her some dry food but then switched to canned as I read online it's better for a starving cat. Also drank lots of water. For all of you that...

Brought in a stray kitten... Rabies?

I see. I was told wrong information then. Don't know how it ended up in the back of a dumpster though. It was scared to death the first few days. Now it's pretty loving. Thanks. I'll post a few pictures later.

Brought in a stray kitten... Rabies?

Thank you. I actually learned that the kitten was supposed to be put down. Part of her ear has been cut (don't know wording), and animal control performs it on cats they're going to put down here in NYC. That's what I was told.

Brought in a stray kitten... Rabies?

Kind of in a rabies scare at the moment, because I've played with the kitten, and her saliva has been all over my hands. Also, has scratched me (not bad, just a random few ones), so the saliva did have contact with an open "wound" if you will. Now, no symptoms of rabies can be seen from the...
