And if the only way for them to get worms is nursing from her then they don't have them. they never nursed she left them right after she cleaned them up and never went back to them.
ok I have been stimulating them after every feeding and I just took another look and after she pooped it doesn't look as swollen but does look raw like im maybe trying to hard to get her to go. is there anything I can do to help their stools to be a little softer they seem kind of like little...
oh and she did poop by the way. can they get worms on their own? their mother didn't have them she quite honestly wasn't an outside cat just managed to get out once a couple months ago and hadn't seen any worms in her poop while cleaning the litter box.
OK so I just went to feed them and the one seems to have almost a blood red around her butt and some swelling but no actual bleeding like she is straining too hard to poo. im very concerned and there are no vets open here after 6. help?

I ended up taking the momma cat to the emergency vet and turns out another day wouldn't have mattered as she had a prolapsed uterus and unless I had upwards of $3,500 to start there was no way no help her. Sadly I opted to have her put down. The kittens continue to do well however are sleeping...
