    4 month old kitten biting.

My two-year-old (and a half I guess now) does have a slight biting tendency that shows in two distinct situations, one of which I take some blame for AND I really don't have a problem with although we do try and curb it some.  The first variety (and the one that I a) take blame and b) don't mind...

Why does my cat drop puff balls in her water bowl?

Pan has this habit as well, although with the exception of the very rare toy mouse, his toy of choice is crumbled up paper balls, which handle the food bowl drops well enough, not so much in the water bowl :) The food bowl drops have gone on for a while now although I think the water bowl drops...

    Small bald patch on eyelid

Sorry for the huge delay in updating.  Honestly I just forgot to and I want to let those that take their time to comment and make suggestions know results etc and "an end to the story/chapter" :) Ended up being... nothing that we know of LOL.  It cleared up on its own slowly over a week or...

    Small bald patch on eyelid

I have tried to do some research and have ideas of what it might be from overgrooming from itching or allergies to ringworm although neither seems to hit the nail on the head as to how it appears at the moment. Pan has a vet appointment coming up in the next month or so, so will get a better accurate reading then, but at 15 months he was 16 lbs (7/13) and through attempts at weighing since then we estimate he is into the 17 lb range.  He is long, lean and I don't believe he is even borderline...

Giving Will the attention he craved, post-mortem

We lost Will to FIP, apparently, on 6/6/2014 when after as best a diagnosis could be made was determined and we gave him the relief of the Neverending Nap (which to me seems cat appropriate with how often they enjoy napping :) Rather than focus on the nuances of FIP which have agonized me some...

Raleigh, British Shorthair Kitten, Wet FIP, 5/26/14

I just felt I had to leave a quick message offering condolences much like the others.  I recently lost a cat to FIP as well and it was very hard on me and I do not think Will and I were likely as close as you and Raleigh were.  Best wishes for you future friend, it sounds like they will be...

    Conundrum with Feral being sick

In case any of you care to see this awesome little guy, I figured the least I could do is put up a picture I took during his week "in house".
