    Barn Kittens

    I have three kittens that have matted/closed eyes. I clean them twice a day. I have been trying the warm compress method to no avail. It opens them for about 30 minutes or so and that's it. Is there ANYTHING I can put in their little eyes to help them clear? They are four week old barn kittens...
