    Boy or girl?

Hehehe, thanks everyone! We were told it was a girl, and without looking named it Mitzi. I caught a glimpse and thought that didn't look like a girl, sure enough! Gender thankfully doesn't matter one bit, so now he's been named "Mitzu" and his little girls adore him

    Pregnant belly?

2 week old kitten has been breathing heavy for at least a week now, that I've noticed anyways. Her respitory rate was 64 this afternoon, and her gums are almost white, but her tongue is pink. She's not lethargic and is eating and growing at the same pace as her one sibling. (One sibling is a...

Yep, day before my birthday. The 4 littles seem to be doing good. 3 tabby and one black and white.

    Pregnant belly?

I took it away. I'm not sure what happened to it. It was a good size, looked healthy. She had it cleaned up entirely, cord was chewed. Who knows. This is morbid, but what do I do with the dead baby? We don't live in an area where it can be buried. the HOA probably wouldn't look kindly to that.

    Pregnant belly?

2 kittens so far. One dead, one nursing. Should I remove the dead one or leave it for awhile?

    Pregnant belly?

Pretty sure the kittens are on their way. Pink fluid by her tail, strange meowing, holding her tail out, and constant purring just walking around. I'm glad this is happening during the day, because she seems content to have them on my living room floor, and what a mess that would be to wake up to!

    Pregnant belly?

No kittens yet. I've got all the doors closed to every room, except the one with the kitten box. She's been obsessively licking her belly and tail area, which she can't really reach anymore . Tomorrow is my birthday, and I'd love to have grandkittens share the day with me!

    Pregnant belly?

Thank you for your replies StefanZ and SnipersMommy90 :) Today marks the 63rd day. She's been in and out of her nesting box, climbed into the entertainment center shelves, and just generally all over the house poking her head into every nook and cranny. She's usually a nosy cat anyway, but she...

    Is this cat pregnant?

I would say yes, she is pregnant. I have 2 cats, one is spayed, the other a rescue that got preg before we had a chance to spay her. Anyway, our pregnant cat's nipples looked just like that at about 3 weeks into her pregnancy. I compared her nipples to the spayed females, and there was no doubt...

    Pregnant belly?

Meet Mew. I posted about 5ish weeks ago, asking if it looked like she was pregnant. Well, she sure is! She's 60 days in. Her babies are moving all over the place, and she's huge! I'm ready for the little tykes to show up. I guess it could be any day now? I've got her nesting box ready to go...

    Pregnant belly?

Thanks for the great information StefanZ! Yes, they were caught IN the act. I have no doubt she is pregnant now. Just since I made this post, her belly has expanded and so have her breasts (is that the proper term for cats?!) Her nipples have doubled in size and color since this picture! We...

    Pregnant belly?

On May 8th, my toddler let our 1 yr old kitty outside. We just moved to the area and haven't found a vet yet, so she isn't spayed. She disappeared for an entire day and didn't come back inside until the next morning. When she came back to the house, she had a male companion, and let's just say...
