So I took both my girls into the vet the other day and found out my 7 year old hs a grade 4 heart murmur (on a 1-6 scale). Now, we don't know what is causing the murmur and an echocardiogram is 600 dollars and 3 hours away. Do I have any other options to help my baby girl?
Felix WAS found in an alley when she was a few months old (my mom almost didn't let us keep her) so that might have played a big roll. I just feel bad for hee :(.
I love her just the same :). My other kitty is the complete opposite and kind of bullies Felix because of her lack of confidence. I feel so bad for her. I try to separate them when Maya bullies her but she gets REALLY upset if her and Maya aren't together. I just don't get it.
Thank you! Shes only 7 months old and over 10 pounds so I need something big enough. I have 2 kitties too, one is much smaller though so I need plenty of room on it.
Sounds excellent! She's my scaredy cat. She only really trusts my bf and I (mostly me) so this will be interesting. She HATES the vet, where as her baby sister just loves to go bye bye.
I do use plastic bowls. I work at a pet store so I was planning on getting new ones today... again lol. My 2 girls share their food and one is a little pig so they run out fast so I had a gravity feeder. Here is a picture.
My girl, Felix has formed these scabs under her chin and more and more seem to be coming up. There are no black flakes or anything so I don't THINK it's fleas. I'm hoping to take her into the vet ASAP, however I work all week AND go to school :/. I was thinking it is possibly kitty acne, but at...
I do do that. She is snuggly with me at night but I'm like the only one she doesn't run from. When I come home from school or work, she runs into the living room. When she walks, her tail is generally down :(.
My older girl seems to have a lack of confidence. Whenever people come over, she runs and hides. She seems to always walk like she's always on guard and spooks very easily. Ive had her for 6 years, 5 of which were spent at my mother's house. I moved for college a little over a year ago and...
I have a 7 month on maine coon kitten who is growing VERY quickly and is absolutely crazy. I need to get a cat tree for her, as she is an inside only cat and is full of energy. Any suggestions on a tree that will be big enough?
Ive always been intrigued by the mixture of her coloring and markings. I found one special cat in that alley (although she is extremely antisocial). What's funny is she was NOT by any means a cute kitten :P
