Thanks everyone for your help I ended up finding a clinic and took him in, he has many problems but all minor, he might of had a some sort of lung infection that just gave him many problems, so they gave him antibiotics and are keeping a eye on him overnight.

I do not believe so I have tried to look and rubbed his throat with out luck, I will look again and edit post.I have checked to the best of my ability and I do not think that's the problem, thanks for reply.

Thanks for reply, unfortunately I can not take him to a emergency vet(as none take cats....don't know why.). He tried to drink some water but after a couple licks meowed and laid down. He is a indoor cat for all his life and no does not seem to hurt/bother him. He doesn't seem to be getting any...

So, my cat Smokey is 12 years old and overweight, lately he has been extremely tired and barely moving and unresponsive(He's walking a little funny). He has a very scratchy and dry meow. He has only eaten one peace of turkey in pass 24 hours(I believe), and about a lick or two of water. He meows...
