Well, we took her to the vet today and they said that it's probably just an ear infection that can be treated with a couple of drops for a few days. They ran a blood test for Feline Leukemia and it came back negative. So it seems that it's just an ear infection.

She now also has a dry nose and it looks pinker then normal.
