Thank you for your response!  It's weird because the anal glands just continue to stink the very day I take her home from having them expressed.  And many times the vet will tell me that they actually weren't full.  I have her on the Prescription R/D which has a lot of fiber...hmmm, just at a loss!

Also, I took her to the vet (after she began stinking again) to get her x-ray and make sure the cancer hadn't returned and she had a clean bill of health!
