New kitten poses problem for resident cat

Maybe he's just built that way. Lev is skinny, but he's 4 months old. I expect him to be a big one. Thank you guys for your advice and suggestions. It certainly alleviate my worries, they are both doing well and play together and eat together. Although Lev is so high strung that Ksyusha gets...

New kitten poses problem for resident cat

How will you get the thin one to eat? I was thinking if I notice them not letting each other eat I might feed one of them in the bathroom. Ksyusha very very rarely asks for food when she is hungry, so I'm not sure how I will tell.

New kitten poses problem for resident cat

Thank you for the advice DuckDodgers. When I came home today, it seemed as though everything was ok. By that I mean, nothing was destroyed, nothing fell, etc. I saw both bowls for Ksyusha and Lev were empty. I'm assuming they either both ate or Lev ate from both bowls. He still bothers her and...

    Crusty cat ear

Just wanted to post the resolution. I've been crazy busy the past couple of months. Ksyusha is doing well. She took her oral meds for 21 days - it was difficult to administer towards the end, but she took them all. We're getting ready to celebrate her 1 year.

She is just over 9 months old. We've had her for two months now. She came with a registered breeder. We have all her papers. Why are you asking?

    Crusty cat ear

So far so good. My kitten has been taking her Terbinafine for 7 days now. This morning she ate around the pill pockets after doing so well for all the other days. I've noticed a change in her appetite as well. I hope in 2 weeks she has no more issues. I must say, I thought it would be the safer...

    Crusty cat ear

And so the tale of the crusty ear is nearing its end. It took 10 days for the culture at the Vet to come back positive. Now, to be honest, the culture was not even necessary. In other words, there is a nice bit of ringworm on my arm to determine that my kitten definitely has ringworm. Being that...

    Feline's Pride

You know, I'm certainly considering it, but I do like Feline's Pride. I like that hare today has chicken necks. My kitten loves chewing on chicken necks.
