Eating, Peeing, Pooping normal. The pee has a pungent odd sweet smell to it. Def not smelling like normal cat pee. Still have a vet trip on Saturday. Could it be kidney issues? UTI? She's a female I think males are more prone to kidney issues?

For the past 8 months we have been battling with a chronic URI. Several rounds of antibiotics, it gets a little better, then comes back, rinse and repeat. She spends 15 minutes in the bathroom twice a day for steam. That's the time the hot water runs out. It's always mucus and sneezy snot rocket...
