We're still in the process of figuring this one out unfortunately... Cultures came back and it wasn't ringworm, nor was it mites. We couldn't find any evidence of flea debris on the cats either, and they're indoor cats (though in Texas 1 or 2 stray fleas may still have found its way inside)...
We're waiting on the results of a culture which can take weeks... the vet seemed skeptical that it would be ring worm though because she says it's not normally localized to nipples, which all 3 of the cats are displaying. Do you know of other types of fungal infections?
